CLIENTS STOP ACCESSING INTERNET

Postby JORGEMAL » May 30 07 11:12 am

Hi,
I have been using Wingate for some years without any problem until about 2 weeks ago when clients started to disconnect. When this happens I stop and start the service and everything comes to normal. I just upgraded to version 6.2.1 thinking that this would fix the situation but I have experienced this issue again. This only happens with the clients, the Wingate PC remains connected to the Internet. As I mention at the beginning, I had worked for some years without any trouble; my network configuration has been the same all the time. I have 2 Windows 2003 servers, one is my file/application server which is also the Domain Controller and the DNS. The other is a server that hosts a mail server, an internet server and Wingate. I am using NAT to access the Internet so every client's gateway is the Wingate PC.
What can be happening?

Respectfully,
Jorge Maldonado

Jorge,

Have you tried the delete History files procedure?
