Noob needs help.. Wingate and windows update

We receintly set up a firewall server at work and put wingate on it. All the other computers on our network can access windows update site and download all the updates they need. I have one file server with server 2003 on it and need to patch it to server 2003 service pack 2. No computer on our network can download this patch at all, can not save it, nothing. Also 2 computers can not access the windows update page.. 404 error.. but everyone else can. the settings on all the computers are factory, no spyware, no viruses, worked fine before the firewall server. All the settings are the same for all computers on the firewall server, but these 2 plus the file server are having trouble. Also you can not download large video files from these 2 computers, I have found. If anyone can help, please..I've tried everything I can think of.

If you have the Kaspersky Anti-Virus for WinGate plugin or the Puresight for WinGate plugin installed, then try enabling drip-feeding to the client computers.

- Gatekeeper -> Services tab -> WWW Proxy Server -> Plugins
- Check "Drip-feed data to client if file bigger than"
