Need help on remote access

Hi,

Need help to configure wingate if I want to let outsider to access one of my workstation. Where should I do the configuration and is there anything need to do on workstation ?

Hi

If you want someone outside your network to be able to access a machine inside your network (i.e. drive shares etc), then you'll need a VPN.

If you only want to access say a web server running on your internal machine, you can do that by forwarding a port on Wingate to the internal server. that is done in Extended networking under Port Security.

We just allow outsider to access their tester/workstation and as what you mentioned that I need VPN. Well, how to configure it since I am not familiar with wingate ? Appreciate if you can show me the steps.
