Setting in wingate for VPN connectivity

I would like to know is there anything setting that need to do in wingate if user (customer / supplier) need to collect info thru vpn ? Is there any port need to open to allow vpn connection ?

Well, it all depends on what protocol your VPN product uses. If is it TCP or UDP based then you need to open the appropriate ports.
