This may sound like a simple question, but how is the server setup to use both external connections? Did you use gateway rotation in WinGate or a third-party solution?

The reason I ask is because WinGate checks the route table and decides what route it should be using for itself, even if you have an application that tries to rotate outgoing connections for you. You will need to use the gateway rotation tab in a WinGate proxy server to effect how your clients utilise the servers external connections.

If you need further assistance, can you create a new ticket at the support desk and include the following information, thanks.

1. WinGate Registry
GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Registry

2. WinGate Config Report
GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Config Report

3. ipconfig/all from one LAN Client
(Windows) Start menu --> Run --> cmd --> ipconfig/all >> C:\ipa-client.txt

4. ipconfig/all from the WinGate Server
(Windows) Start menu --> Run --> cmd --> ipconfig/all >> C:\ipa-server.txt

Hi it was set up using gateway rotation I edited the proxy server service, this is what I done, on binding I unchecked bind to any ip address and on gateway changed the connection scheme to use all specified connecion in rotation then clicked add and ticked any gateway and any ip on both external adaptors
