Hi

If that IP doesn't need any access at all to the WinGate machine either, the simplest way to block all access for them is to black-hole them.

Edit the Extended Networking properties, go to the black-hole tab, and add their IP, with the mask of 255.255.255.255

How about if I only want to block that particular IP to accessing the internet, ym and im?
But i want to give him access to wingate machine's files?

If that's the case, you will need to modify your policies so that those IP addresses are denied access to the services in WinGate. How you do this is entirely dependant on your current WinGate configuration, so we need to learn a bit about your network before we can help.

If you want, you can send me the following information at the online helpdesk. This will contain all the information I need to help you block certain IP's from accessing the Internet.

1. WinGate Registry
GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Registry

2. WinGate Config Report
GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Config Report

3. ipconfig/all from one LAN Client
(Windows) Start menu --> Run --> cmd --> ipconfig/all >> C:\ipa-client.txt

4. ipconfig/all from the WinGate Server
(Windows) Start menu --> Run --> cmd --> ipconfig/all >> C:\ipa-server.txt
