I have sent you twice email regarding the lost of admin password of my vpn client installation and i have not receive any responce a week ago.
May i have your attention please.......

Hi Harris,
I looked up that ticket and there was a response made by Matt Parker shortly after it was opened, and the email notification was sent out successfully. I suspect the email may have been trapped by a spam filter en-route. Check your spam folder to see if the response has found it's way there, or you can view the response at:

Thanks for your responce,
unfortunately the link provided me to see the email from Mr Parker did' nt work because as entered my email and password i get a fatal error from the page.
So if you please resend this mail to me.
