Wingate 5.2.2 is not working here on my network, Please help

I have recently Purchased a Full Version of WinGate5.2.2, but it is not working on my network. I am Managing a Computer Lab in a Collage. I am using dialup on server and i have 40 computers in my LAN and all PCs on network surf through wingate.

WinGate gets the http request, but it denies it and i have removed session timouts and started services and all bindings , but no reply to clients from wingate.

kindly help me as soon as possible reagrding this matter.
My Students have much trouble using internet.

its other services are working like socks , but www service is not working propely.

In the Policies tab of WWW Proxy do you have Everyone list as able to use the proxy?

In Polices i have enabled Everyone to use this WWW Service , but still same problem .... wingate gets the request but fails to respond it and there is a 404 error on my clients...

what should i have to do???

did U enable ENS?
du U get a responsive ping while pinging sites?
what are the specs of the wingate server computer?
du U use DHCP or static IP/DNS/gateway on the LAN computers?
