network error posting

When posting an answer using preview I get the following error message:

"Network error:

Unable to read URL from host forums.qbik.com: no response from server"

Why?

Why?

Is this still happening ? It could have been because of excessive load on the servers (Perhaps while it was trying to perform a backup) as it seems to be fine now from internally and externally.
