No Internect connection

I'have got a strange problem. When I install wingate then everything works fine. Then I configure VPN, firewall prompts for changes and when this is done then no internet connections is possible.
When I change the firewall back to High Secure. After this there are no ports defined. I manualy set the ports back for VPN 809 and 113, then there is no problem.
What I'm worried about is that if the server reboots then the people cannot make any connections to the internet. Is this a know problem or did I do something wrong?
So, if some one can help me with this,

Are you running WinGate or WinGate VPN ? (It sounds like WinGate, but I wanted to check this)
