Order Number 31137 - Problem with Kaspersky Antivirus 1.2.2

Postby salimwng » Feb 14 04 11:17 am

Hello,

I am having a serious problem with Kaspersky Antivirus on our system.
Please see the details below;

1. We had a SEVERE system crash and i had to re-install the whole Windows NT Server at our company. Before doing the re-installation, i had to do a hard reset of the system ( remove the battery ) and then things were successful. However i didn't notice to change the date ( put the correct time ).

2. After completion of Wingate and Kaspersky Antivirus, which were both
working well, i noticed that the time is not correct (it something like 1990). So i change it accordingly. And here come's all the headache now. Kaspersky Messages shows that the license is expired and all the check boxes are unchecked. I even uninstalled and re-installed everything. Problem stays same. { I haven't unistalled Wingate though }. My license is permanent for this one, unlike for Kaspersky which is for 1 year.

3. I have the latest version of Wingate ( Ver 5.2.2 Build 892 ) and
installed the latest version of Kasperky AV ( 1.2.2 ) which i downloaded on the 16th of Jan 2004.

4. My Order Number is 31137 and all my licenses are correct.

5. Please urgently reply to me what should i do to have this situation solved.

Many thanks
Kind regards.
Salim.

No, i did not install the trial one first. I installed the licensed one directly on the very first installation. This apply to Wingate also.
