Hi Intelll. I'm sorry for the trouble you are having.
It would be best if Adrien took a look at your machine to try and diagnose this problem and he will be in touch soon. In the meantime can you tell me a bit about your set up.
Thanks for your reply. I'm a bit desperated, thinking in downgrading to Wingate 7...
Have you turned off any default modules?
You mean the ones at Control Panel > Modules? No. All of them are successfully loaded there.
Are you running Kaspersky AntiVirus or PureSight plugins?
No.
Is there a lot of HTTP traffic going through WinGate? (The Dashboard should be able to tell you the number of requests per second and other metrics)
What WinGate services are you running (DNS Client, HTTP Proxy, SOCKS etc)
Even with 0 clients, the proccess starts to "grow" (and never stops)
How much data is in your HTTP Cache? You can see this by going to the HTTP Cache panel and looking at the values next to the volume image.
9gb. But I already purged, deleted and recreated the cache. Already paused it and restarted the engine, also. No dice.
Whilst you are waiting for contact from Adrien and if you have the time, you could try disabling some modules to see if this remedies the problem.
I have sent Remote Desktop credentials to
support@wingate.com. You can use it.
Hi Intell. Can you tell me if this problem happens when you restart WinGate but do NOT log into GateKeeper at all?
As soon as I start the service, it grows. No clients attached, I did some tests at 12:00 am.
