uPNP feature request

I have read somewhere on this forum that uPNP is not planed for future releases, but I would like to highlight a simple scenario then it is a necessary to save configuration headache. I am behind a uPNP router and using wingate as a HTTP server, to allow clients on a WAN network side to use my server i need to configure router to forward a port to my server, therefore on HTTP service dialog I wish to see a "uPNP port forwarding True:False" statement which would configure router to open the specified service port and forward requests to my server.
This would free me from setting
1)reserve a static-IP for my server on which WinGate is running in DHCP of the router
2)opening port for specified static-IP to forward requests through WAN to the server

I'd love this feature too. If it is difficult and costy to implement maybe you could set a bounty, and if enough people donate you can develop it. I miss it for certain games, voice clients and P2P download.
