re-baselining Monitoring Timeline

The Timeline display currently begins at 8/2013 (product installation date). I've purged all Timeline activity older than 29 days, however, the Timeline entries still remain, and the beginning display date has not been re-baselined. Must I uninstall and re-install the product for my desired result?

Hi John.

As you expected, purging older items should move the start time of the timeline forward. Could you answer a few questions for me?

1) What version of WinGate?
2) What database are you using (Access, SQLLite)
3) Does anything happen when you purge?
4) Could you please enable debug logging on the Timeline, attempt a purge and send me the contents of the log?

Also, you might want to open a support ticket by emailing support@wingate.com, that way it can be tracked and dealt with better.
