I can't use the Internet telephony

dear everyone !!
I'm actually working in an Internet cafe, before we used normal Internte Sharing of Win XP, everything is fine except the stability. then we changed to use Wingate, it seems to be faster a little bit but we can't use Internet telephony. Can anyone help me pls ??? Is it because of the wrong port ??

We've had the same problem for a while now. The problem with most VoIP or telephony applications is that they weren't designed to be used behind proxies. Most of them, like MSN Messenger's voice application only work behind uPNP NATs, which is a specification that Wingate doesn't comply with yet. We're hoping they will solve that soon. What telephony app are you using?
