Cache rule

Hi, I was re-reading the wingate's help and was a little confused by teh way that the filter must be applyed so I ask for help to:
Configure a filter (and criteria) to cache everythign except cnn.com site
Help is really appreciaed here, thanks!

Under 'What to Cache' - Filter1 - the criterion should be "Not Session description contains cnn.com". This should cache everything but urls containing cnn.com.

What are the differences (or where can I find definitions) between "Server Name", "URL Name", "Session Description", and else that are listed on the criterion builder?, this because I have anothe 'kind' of problem now. When I put the briwser to open www.cnn.com the page download blazingg fast (it is obvius that it comes locally from the WG cache but the problem now is that the cnn.com page changes every 2~2.5 hours and I have to reload the page from the web browser (I use IE 6) to obtain the correct version of the page. Can you give me some advice here? or I am going in te wrong way... please I really need this one works, and thank you again for the help.
