Hi there

Firstly make sure the on the users machines that their network properties have the DNS and Gateway entries set to the internal IP of the WinGate machine (192.168.0.1).

What type of internet connection is installed on the WinGate Server machine (dialup eg modem or router/interface e.g like another Network card with an external IP or router connection)?.

If WinGate uses a modem (or similar dialup) you will need to enable this in the Dialer configuration in GateKeeper on the WinGate Server.

If it is a router/networkcard interface, then WinGate will automatically use this to reach the Internet on behalf of the users.

Regards
