Suspect wingate is blocking Lay-out website

Hello,
I have a linux server with ubuntu apache running a CMS (Wordpress) and a Active Directory on Windows Server 2012 with severall users in my domain. I am using Wingate as my gateway my users in the domain(10.20.10.X) will see the site normal but when you aint in the domain (192.168.1.2) it looks like the pictures and the lay out of Wordpress is blocked. It opens the site but wont load all content what can i do ????????

do you have rules set in WinGate as for what people can access?

Also, if the clients work in one subnet but not in another, maybe those clients can't connect to the subnet?

This is an intranet server correct?

How do the users in the other subnet find / connect to the server?
