Truncated File Download

When trying to download some file from a particular website the download seems to go ok but the resulting file is truncated and unusable. I had someone else download them, the files were fine, and put them on their server. When I try to download from the second server I get the same results.
Haven't run into any problems with any other downloads, large or small, from any other sites.
Any suggestions?

Are you running Kaspersky AntiVirus for WinGate? Is drip-feeding for large files turned on?

Also, I saw a similar problem the other day, and thought I would mention:
It was an isolated problem with the actual file and KAV.
Download through Proxy with KAV, file downloaded ok, but is 1MB smaller than supposed size.
Download through Pure NAT with no KAV, file downloaded and could be installed.
When I was doing a manual scan on the file downloaded via Pure NAT, it was reported as a corrupted file. As a temporary fix, I set KAV to pass on corrupted files.
