Thank you very much for your help sir, but my office users wants to use outlook for accessing gmail ( for mail backup purpose ). I am enable to connect their system to outlook. I had given wingate server ip address to smtp and pop3 server address as suggested by fellow member but nothing happening.

You shouldn't have any problems with this, did you follow Adrien's advice in regards to NAT? Are your clients now able to resolve DNS e.g are they able to ping say http://www.wingate.com?
