I noticed one thing and can't understand it. When I close all ports for external connections, explorer still continues to open web-pages easily. But why? Data from the server is received through the tcp connection that uses one local port, and one remote port. If firewall configured in such a way it must drop all connections. But it doesn't do it. Can u explain me why? Thanx in advance.

There is a table in the Port Security tab in the Extended Network (ENS) properties in Gatekeeper called "LAN connections to Internet".
This is the table that is used to control what connections can be made to the Internet.
If this table allows IE to connect to a website, then once the connection has been initiated by the client, it is remembered by WinGate, and the packets coming back from the server are not blocked.
Otherwise no communications would normally be possible through the firewall/NAT
