Gatekeeper connection termination

Dear All
I have installed wingate 5.0 and when I add system policy and restart the server I can not open the gatekeeper. it says "gatekeeper connection is terminated"
pls help

Unfortunately, it sounds as if you accidentally removed administrator rights when you were changing the System policies. As a suggestion, always make a backup of the WG registry before making changes and change the Remote control service policy to allow Administrator rights always. I have tried all the possible ways. By the way, when I change settings in System Policy it shows the message "Connection with Wingate server terminated". But I need to change the settings of system policy.
