Web Download Progress

Postby z80jim » Sep 01 05 8:06 am

When downloading files through the web the download progress is not indicated in the web browser anymore. Then when it is done it shoots to 100% and the file is saved.

I'm guessing Wingate is downloading the data but not feeding it incrementally to the client. It did not use to behave this way although I can't recall making any changes at the time it started?

Using the most recent version of Wingate.

Can anyone offer any help here?

Are you using the Kaspersky AntiVirus plugin for WinGate? If you are, turn on drip feeding in the plugin section of the WWW Proxy Service.
