Hi,

the answer to your problem is given in your description: ip-conflict. Obviously 192.100.99.211 is already assigned to another machine in your network. Find an unused ip-adress for your new wingate-server or propably think about using dhcp in your network ;-)

Also, please check your Network tab in GateKeeper and make sure that your network adapters are set correctly.

WinGate automatically determines whether an adapter is internal or external (and firewalled) based on the IP address. A private IP address is considered internal and a public IP address is considered external. You are using a public IP address range on your network by the looks of things, so WinGate will set this adapter to external and firewall it.

You can change an adapter's settings by double-clicking it and changing the radio button from auto-detect to the appropriate setting.
