How to disable Flashget and other Download accelerators

Hi.

I need to know how can I disable softwares like Flashget or Download Accelerator and programs like that.
It doesn't bother me that they are downloading using these programs what bothers me is that those softwares open 5-10 even more connections to the same file. I am working with a wireless network setup. And while someone does it the ping just freaks out!

I want them to download but only in 1 connection not 5 and even more.
How can I do it.

If that software identifies itself in user requests with a "User-agent" tag, you could block that user agent in the policies.

I don't want to block flashget or download accelerator. What I want is to block the option that those softwares open 5-10 connection to the same file.

I want them to have only 1 connection and the other connection will be reject by Wingate. Or if you know another software that can do that.
