Why the holding folder?

Ugh, found some legit emails and orders in the holding folder. Why do emails get stuffed there? There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason for it.

Sometimes an order to guy@rt.com will go through, and then all of a sudden one doesn't.

For the most part 99% of emails get delivered properly, but that 1% is killing me, because it could be an order.

Any ideas?

I saw this in the past and thought it had been fixed. Make sure any realtime anti-virus you may have is configured to ignore/exclude the WinGate directories.
