Hi all,
Hopefully some more of the experienced among you will be able to help me with this issue.
The company I work for repairs gaming consoles and as such we need to sometimes test the consoles for internet activity. The problem I have is that when ENS -> Sessions -> Ports 80 & 8080 (even just 8080) are ticked then the policies that I have set under WWW take control and denies access to all users to specific sites. This is what i want however it repeatedly asks for authentication multiple times in Internet Explorer (which never actually authenticates) and only one in Firefox (Authenticates first time)
It is at this point that all of our Playstation 3's and Xbox 360's stop getting an internet connection.
As soon as I untick the ENS box under sessions all the consoles regain connection.
Anyone have any ideas on this??
+++++ UPDATE +++++
Ok after a bit of playing about I have found that stripping all policies for WWW so when I only have one group called "Everyone" with a status of "Unrestricted Access, it allows the consoles to access the web. The problem is now that whenever I add a policy to a new group for example "Allowed Web Users" and have a few site bans in place it won't take effect because of the "Unrestricted Access" on "Everyone"
Any more ideas?
Thanks in advance.
