Hi Armeniomanuel

Can you let us know what connection methods are available on the Outlook 2003 Client; i.e. WGIC / NAT / Proxy?

Are you connecting to an Exchange Server? (We have an updated driver for the WGIC to allow connectivity to Exchange, but we are still investigating a report that there are problems with Outlook being in cache mode; QA is currently setting up a test rig to assess this.

What version of WinGate do you have installed?

The wingate is the latest version. we have a domain server 2003 with exchange.
the outlook acessses to internet by the proxy and comunicates with the exchange yes..

Ok, So you have confirmed you are not using the WinGate Internet Client (WGIC); correct?

You are using the POP3 Proxy and SMTP Mapping; correct?

You do not have the WinGate email server setup; correct? If you don't you should stop the SMTP / POP3 / IMAP Services; the SMTP service will be intercepting connections to port 25.

sorry, not using wg mail and services stopped.

Maybe you must need to update the version you are using that outlook 2003. However, try also to check the connection of the server, maybe there’s an error. Well, also try to search in online I think you can found some info that related in your problem.
