DNS problem after ugrade Wingate 5.0.10

After I upgrade wingate from 5.07 to 5.10
Client computer get problem with DNS
Can not browser any website else http://vnexpress.net
Below is short history record, same client,

Wingate use ENS/NAT
Antivirus plugin , gatefilter
I have to try some method:
Disable firewall, remove AV, Add everyone into policy of DNS services,
disbable WWW Transparent proxy, use proxy in client ...etc

any suggestion ?

I upgraded from 5.0.7 to 5.0.10 as will. My dns problem are a little differant. I have a ISDN dialup when i request the first website before connection is up i will get a timeout. After the isdn connect is up i can push refreash and the site will come up. The first request shows up in the proxy but gets dropped.

That to easy for understand, your connection temporary not yet establish with DNS server, after few seconds it work
But in my case, you see that history, it early get 'vnexpress' website, prove connection work, but after that can't access anything,
If I remove Wingate 5.0.10 and reinstall 5.0.7, everything will be OK, all things AV, gatefilter, firewall....etc

I am under impress of new feature 'Black hole IP' of wingate 5.0.10 , so Adrien pls help me solve this DNS problem

How do you connect to the Internet?

Also, can you turn on debug logging on your WWW proxy, and your DNS resolver? You may need to restart the engine to make the logging change take effect for the DNS resolver if logging was disabled.

I do new install Wingate 5.0.10. first it still won't work as I wish, when I try add route by command, it work in a little time then slow down
"route add 192.168.0.0 mask 255.255.0.0 192.168.0.254"

I forget reboot client computer, may be the way wingate 5.0.10 DNS resolve working not same 5.0.7 cause client must reboot to get point ?

Run command :
"route add 192.168.0.0 MASK 255.255.0.0 192.168.0.254" at 23:41:06

yes send me the log files would be good, especially the DNS resolver debug logs, and the WWW Service debug logs when this happens.
