FTP through Firewall

I am trying to change settings on server firewall to allow FTP. I am trying to access our website to make changes, and error message is "cannot resolve host name". How do I set up server to allow only connections with our FTP Host?

Hi Donna,

You should be able to allow FTP connections through our firewall without any problems. Just go to the Extended Networking menu and select the port security tab. Here you can create your mapping through to the FTP server.

Cannot resolve host name sounds like a different problem though, are you trying to connect to the external IP address?
