How to ping external sites behind wingate.??

I installed the latest version 5.2.3 of wingate and even if I enable ENS or not
The result is the same .clients behind wingate server can't ping external sites.
pLEASE HELP
i USE NAT
MY clients have the lan card of Wingate server as gateway and DNS.
my lan address segment is 192.42.1.x

Addresses in the 192.42.1.x range is non-private. (http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1918.html) This should be handled by ENS for you (You won't be able to ping using WGIC), but -

ensure that your interfaces are configured so WinGate knows that your range is private / trusted (GateKeeper - Advanced Options) for the different interfaces.

Alternatively, could there be something from your WG Server onwards that is blocking ICMP ? Perhaps from your ISP ?
