Problem running wingate client on win xp pro

I have a laptop with win xp pro, when i try to run wingate client it opens a windows telling that there is a firewall or internet sharing but i have none. Can anyone help me?

This small issue with disabling Xp's firewall completely can be resolved by editing the registry.
