Postby maqsoodjee » May 03 05 4:38 pm

Hi,

I am using wingate 6.0 on windows 2003 server. wingate is running properly with most default settings. except i have ristrict on som site. i have 1 setalite downlink & 1 UPLink+downlink from ISP . but the problem is that wingate is using Just only ISP's uplink+downlink. it didn't utilize satelite bandwitdh. Kinldy tell me how can i configure wingate to send traffic from ISP uplink & get data from satelite downlink.

Well, if the data is being sent through ISP uplink, then it will be assigned source address of your ISP-allocated IP - which is routed through your ISP anyway. What kind of satelite support are you using?
