Wingate 6.04 De-install and then will not reinstall

I am working on a different problem and deinstalled Wingate after deactivated the license key.
When I reinstall wingate (activate the license key all ok)I receive an error message during copying files and making changes to the system saying I need to restart the installation from an administrators account which I am using.

Hi,

Did you email a request to the helpdesk about this? I think I've already replied to your email, but I just thought of something else, can you check the permissions on the registry file, (you'll need to go through regedt32) and make sure that the administrator has full control.
