Remote Desktop From lan side to internet

Hello there!!

i'm wondering what configuration should i make to get a computer from the lan side connect to a remote desktop computer on the internet.

Actually i can get this connection from the wingate machine only, But i would like to have the possibility to make the connection from my or any computer on the lan.

and what configuration should i make for the remote desktop web connector too.


any help will be preciated.

Hi,

You will need to be making a NAT connection out through the WinGate server for this, but it should work by default. There is no need to open ports for outgoing connections unless you have changed the default security settings in the Extended Networking-->Port Security menu.
