If you'd like one of our tech guys to have a look at your settings on that machine for you, if you have XP on that machine and can enable remote desktop / remote assistance, that may be the quickest way to solve any configuration issues.
In the end it's often quicker for us to solve problems that way as well, and save you the cost of a router.
