Activation Problem

Hello,
I'm running WinGate with no problems,
But i'm preparing a new machine to replace the existing one, and could not activate WinGate on this machine ,,,,
a message saying this key is used by other computer and canot be used!!

I need advise plz

Note: i did send an e-mail regarding this to Sales@wingate.com

You need to deactivate the key on the first machine and then activate it again on the second one - menu Help/Licences in Gatekeeper.

Hi Talal,

I have answered your email from our support system, you cannot activate a license on more than one machine at a time.

You can request a trial license from within the license manager.
