yahoo messenger and msn

Hello

I have to cancel the access to the messenger of hotmail, so i change the default port to another, and the result was good. But the messenger of yahoo the people still can connect.

My question is, how can i prevent this to happen.

I am using wingate 4.5.0 and windows 2000 server.
