Vpn setup in wingate?

Is it posible to setup VPN on the same server that is running wingate, or do i need to buy wingate VPN?

These are both the same application, the difference is controlled by licensing.

So you could add a VPN license to your WinGate installation, or upgrade it to an Enterprise license (which includes a VPN gateway license).
