I have a W98SE box that I use as a Wingate server. Our network is Netware 5.1 ipx. All clients have TCP/IP installed and work fine for internet access. Is it possible for me to host an intranet website on the Wingate server for our LAN? I don't want to put IP on the server and deal with migration issues etc., but I would like to have some economical Wiki type setup for my coworkers.
Any feedback appreciated.
Thanks, Steve

It is possible. If your existing WinGate installation has a LogFile Server running, you can follow the same principle to setup a web-server for other pages / locations as well.

If not, the idea is to create a secondary WWW Proxy which will accept connections coming in from your local adapter. On the "Server Requests" page (In 6.0, which version are you using ?) / "Non Proxy Requests" in earlier versions - you can specify that Wingate must "Serve the request". There should be a button for "Web Server Settings", where you can configure the rest of the details. (Like where to find the base page, etc.)

With Version 6, you can also use it to generate PHP pages, etc. by associating specific extentions with the appropriate executable processor.
