Client Install/Uninstall error

I installed the Wingate Client on a machine and it did not seem to run properly so I attempted to unistall it. I received an error message preventing me from unistalling. I attempted to repair the installation and I received the same error. The error is:

Error 1926. Could not set the file security for file C:\Config.Msi\ Error 5. Verify that you have sufficient priviliges to modify the security priviliges for this file.

I have verify the permissions for the user name and I have also tried logging in as Administrator of the network and received the same message.

This problem has gone away. Not sure what I did exactly, but after unistalling, reinstalling, shutting down the pc and restarting again, it is okay now.

I have installed the client on close to 30 machines and this was the only intance of this problem, and again, it has stopped. Perhaps it just needed another reboot or somehting.
