Please help this newbie!!

Greetings;
I have been using Ositis Winproxy for my LAN. Recently I downloaded Wingate Ver5.0.10 . To my delight It was a wonderful program and hoped I started using it earlier. But I have a little problem at present. I am unable to let the clients on my LAN to use MSN or Yahoo voice chat . Most of the time it works for one client at a time. Can anybody help me with the Wingate settings so that multiple clents at the same time can do Voice chat with MSN or Yahoo on my LAN. This was the only minus point which I found with Wingate as compared with Winproxy and I have a deep feeling that it is just because I may not know to set up the required settings. Please help this newbie out as my LAN clients are already on my nerves

YAHOO and MSN Web cam and Voice

Postby SniperDan » Mar 19 04 4:40 am

Dear friends;
Well this might be a small reply to the usual question of using Yahoo voice and web cam and the Msn voice and web cam in Wingate. Well I tried using the DHCP method (clients gets their addresses automatically) and with ENS and NAT enabled on the Server and the WGIC installed on all client machines ........and ALAS the web cam and voice for msn and yahoo works like anything. But the net seems a little slow when the cams are online..me stil aint know whehter its the cams which eat a lot of bandwidth....(me still a newbie). Hope guy will check this setting out for the web cam and voice to work
thanks
From a newbie
