Activate license problem

I have just upgraded Wingate from version 4 to the latest build. When I try to activate the license it tells me that the "activation file is invalid". I have installed a trial license to hold off the complaints from the users while I resolve the problem!!

I see from previous posts that others have had this problem and have been sent a new key by email. How do I arrange for this?

Please help, I have 29 days and counting!!!

If you can email me your license details then I'll have a look at your key and see why it's not activating. I'll need your license name and key please. Email it to mattp at qbik dot com.

Hi

we found a problem with our activation crypto library yesterday, which meant that some activations were not working (depending on the length of the encrypted data).

We have fixed this, so if you try again, it should now succeed.
