Remote Gatekeeper connection 6.0.2

Gatekeeper works fine on the server but from a remote client I get "Connection refused by server. check your server name and port number".

For the server name I'm just putting in the IP address without any \ or/ and I'm using the default port 808.

Any thoughts?

Hi Ralph

Sorry for asking the obvious but:

1. Do you have the remote control service bound to the LAN interface of the WinGate Server?.(As logging into Gatekeeper remotely requires this)

2. Do you have a password assigned to the Administrators account (As Remote control service requires this)

Many thanks, I had not set the bindings to the local adapter.
