unable to eval

I am attempting to trail wingate 6.0 and get a message saying I have trialed this software before. I have never trialed this sw.

I tried to send an email to sales@wingate.com and it bounced twice...

Where do you get the message, does it come back from the Activation system when you request a trial license?

Your best option would be to get in touch with our sales and support at http://support.qbik.com/index.php. They can give you a quick resolution to that. (Have access to the key management system)

hmmm... tried going to support web page, cant open a ticket since I am not a paying user yet.

the message comes from the activation system.

any other ideas?

However, you can email me (pascalv at qbik dot com) or Matt Parker (mattp at qbik dot com) the e-mail activation. Matt is quite possibly the best person as he has full access to the activation system.

An email activation can be generated from within the activation application - you have to go into the "Configure" option to change it to email activation, however.
