Our company bought the WinGate in Guadalajara, Mexico, but the technical support as well as the client attention have not been the awaited one. It is why we wished to contact the Sales Director of WinGate product.

Somebody knows his email?

Did you purchase directly from Qbik or through a reseller?

The best person to talk to at Qbik would probably be Matt Parker, our Sales and Support Lead - mattp at qbik dot com. Your easiest option here would be to submit a ticket through http://support.qbik.com/index.php?_a=tickets&_m=submit, because those tickets can be tracked and you can check on the status of them, online.

We bought the WinGate with a reseller named WinGate México. They are at Guadalajara, México.

We go to email to Mr. Mat Parker to comment about this subject.
