Block all .EXE except from www.windowsupdate.com

Hi,

I have included in my Ban list to block any HTTP URL containing ".EXE" and ".CAB". How do I exclude windows update (www.windowsupdate.com) website since WinXP users are not able to Auto-Update due to this restriction.

Add another additional policy which allows only this site.
