Hello,

This is regarding an order we placed today. Due to a mistake, we the order we placed was made to my name, when it was supposed to be in the Company's name. We need the invoice to our company's name due to administrative procedures. I would like to know how to change that, or which would be the proper channel to submit this kind of request. Please advice.

I forgot to mention the order number is 35940 for Wingate Pro. 25 users.

Thanks for the quick reply. However, I haven't received the email you mentioned. It worked perfectly when I suscribed to this forum, so I have no guesses as to why your message hasn't arrived. Perhaps you could email it again, please? Thanks a lot for your help.

I sent you another email this morning, in case you didn't get it I've also just sent you another email from my personal email. Please let me know if you receive it. I have also changed the name on the invoice and regenerated it, you should have received it by now.

Sorry for all the trouble. There must be somthing wrong with my email provider that´s rejecting messages from qbik (?). Anyway, here's another address you can try: selectronicos@c.net.gt .
