Need help with WWW Proxy Server policy exceptions!

Hello I have wingate v5.2.3 here at our company. The problem I have is I would like to ban ALL urls containing ".exe" EXCEPT "example.exe" all of this is under the Policies tab in my WWW Proxy Server Service. This is really important since there are so many viruses and spyware which my users get via .exe files from websites that I want to block, but there are a few sites that we need for business purposes that use .exe files that we need to allow.

Easiest way to do this is with dual policies. Create one policy for "Everyone" that has an advanced criterion that says:

"Is NOT granted if HTTP URL contains .exe"

Then, create a second policy for "Everyone" that has advanced filters and criterion that allow the exceptions you want to have. E.g.

Filter1 - Criterion1 - "Is granted if HTTP URL contains example.exe"
Filter2 - Criterion1 - "Is granted if HTTP URL contaisn example2.exe"
