ihug satellite with wingate

Can antone help me with ihug satellite connection
I have used the ihug vpn software and i end up with a dial up and and a connection called ihug tunnel
Works beautifully if i do it maually but i cant get wingate to dial up the satelitte.
It initiates the dialer and the modem connects but the satellite never connects
If i make the vpn connection first in the dialler properties it makes 3 tries and then times out it doesnt initiate the dial up connection at all.
Can someone help me with what im doing wrong

has no one got any ideas on how to setup the ihug satellite connection??
i thought it would be a common use foe wingate
